Policies and Procedures

UNSATISFACTION

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service and we will correct the issue as soon as possible. Requests received more than 24 hours after we provided service, will be incorporated into your next scheduled cleaning.

SCHEDULING FEES, DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

When scheduling your appointment we reserve a day and time for you and you alone.
We require cancellations to be communicated 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. Same day cancellations will be charged the full price for your scheduled cleaning.

If we arrive on our scheduled cleaning day and are turned away at the door or cannot get in, you will be charged the full price for your scheduled cleaning.

We accept payments by Cash or Check. Payment is due the day of your cleaning.

A 20% deposit of your initial cleaning is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

SAFETY

The safety of our employees is extremely important. To decrease the risk of injury we are unable to move heavy objects, clean up vomit, blood, urine or excrement.
If an employee feels that their personal safety is in danger and they must leave the job site, the client is still responsible for the full cost of the service.

ALARM SYSTEMS

If your home has an alarm system, please inform us on how to handle it. The security and safety of your home is our priority and our team is sensitive to security and access procedures. Our policy is to lock all doors while we are cleaning and not allow access to any unknown persons. Please do not rely on us to let in workmen during the time we are in your home, unless pre-approved by our management.

Please note: you are not required to disarm your alarm systems on the day of service. Contact your alarm company for help on how to set up a unique code for our team.

PETS AND INSECTS

We understand your pets are members of your family.
We kindly ask that if your pet is afraid of vacuums, are territorial or will prevent us from doing our work, that you place them in areas we are not servicing.
Our team is not trained to clean pet excrement, this includes cleaning liter boxes and dog kennels.

Insect infestation, including bed bugs, will prevent us from servicing your home until the issue has been rectified. Do not expect us to clean up dead insects you've sprayed.

HOLIDAYS

Our office is closed and there will be no cleanings scheduled on the following holidays:

New Year's Day

Independence Day

Thanksgiving Day

Christmas Day

We do not work on days when the snow emergency level exceeds 1.
